Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations Expands into Loudoun County to Support Data Center and IT Asset Lifecycle Demand
LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. — April 24, 2026 — Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations has expanded into Northern Virginia with a new facility in Loudoun County, positioning the company within one of the most concentrated data center markets in the world.
Located in the region commonly known as “Data Center Alley,” the facility enables Dynamic to more directly support hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise customers with IT asset disposition (ITAD), data center decommissioning, and lifecycle management services.
“When we looked at where to grow next, Loudoun County stood out immediately,” said Miles Harter, Founder of Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations. “This is one of the most important digital infrastructure hubs in the world, where innovation, scale, and speed all come together. More importantly for us, it’s where our partners are, and that’s what this expansion is about.”
The company marked the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Loudoun County Board of Supervisors staff, representatives from Loudoun County Economic Development, the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, and local business leaders.
“We’re in business to serve our customers,” said Alicia Suessmith, President of Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations. “This expansion allows us to better support organizations operating in this region, especially those managing complex data center and enterprise environments where timelines are tight, expectations are high, and there’s little room for error.”
“On behalf of Buddy Rizer and the Economic Development team, we’re proud to welcome Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations to the community,” said Chris Hunter, Business Retention Manager for Loudoun County Economic Development. “It truly takes a collaborative effort to create an environment where businesses are supported and positioned for success, and this project is a great example of that. We’re excited to see Dynamic continue to grow here in Loudoun County.”
Local leaders also emphasized the significance of the company’s investment in the region.
“When a business like this one invests here, bringing your people, your families, and your future into this community, that’s a truly meaningful sign that you believe in Loudoun County,” said Tony Howard, President and CEO of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.
The Dynamic Loudoun County facility supports services including secure data destruction, asset remarketing, material recovery, and ESG-aligned reporting, helping organizations manage technology transitions while maintaining compliance and sustainability goals.
