Our Mailback Program Makes Recycling Electronics Easy

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is dedicated to comprehensive, secure, and environmentally friendly electronics and materials recycling practices. That’s why we make it easy for you to recycle your electronics.

We provide a convenient mailback recycling program available to consumers to recycle legacy electronic equipment. For consumers who need to recycle electronic equipment produced by one of the manufacturers listed below, you may be eligible to take advantage of our free mail-back program—call 877-781-4030 or email mailback@thinkdynamic.com to find out or if you have questions.

Batteries and Battery-Containing Devices

Please note, devices that contain batteries should be packed in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices, which typically include these guidelines:

  • Loose batteries should not be returned through the mail back program
  • Only one device per box
  • The device should be completely powered off and packed in a way to prevent accidental activation
  • The device should have less than 30% charge
  • The device should be intact, not in pieces (battery not exposed) 
  • Devices with swollen, leaking, or otherwise damaged batteries should not use a mailback option
  • If you have a device with a swollen, leaking, or otherwise damaged battery please refer to https://www.epa.gov/recycle/used-lithium-ion-batteries and https://batterynetwork.org/safety/ for safe handling instructions.*
